Franchiser and Franchisee will enter into franchisee Agreement for 2 year on inauguration day, Further Agreement will be renewed after 2 years.

• Material Delivery in company rules.
• Franchise in non-transferrable and non-saleable.
• Payment of Franchise Fees is to be paid as token amount at the time of confirmation of franchise.
• Franchisor will co-ordinate with only one person which will be allotted by owner. This person of franchisee management should be firmed and it can not be changed without permission from Franchisor.
• Franchise will take utmost care of handing food items and preserve them in best conditions.
• Franchise can sale only and only authorized and suggested items only. In case, anyone wants to keep any other item, then franchise needs to take written approval and franchisor holds final right in selection of brand or item.
• Franchise has to obey rules and regulations of Local or Central Government Laws strictly.
• For Material Payment, Franchise has to deposit Pre-signed Cheque books to Franchisor for Twice a Week payment.
